Article 1 – Purpose

Article 2 – General Provisions
Conditions apply as long as services are online. The hotel reserves the right to modify them at any time.
Article 3 – Online Contract Formation
Describes the reservation steps, confirmation, and formation of the contract.
Article 4 – Prices
Prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT. Tourist tax is payable directly at the hotel.
Article 5 – Payment
Requires valid credit card details. Pre-authorizations may occur before arrival.
Article 6 – Cancellation or Modification
Prepaid bookings are non-refundable and non-changeable. Other bookings can be modified or cancelled by email only.
Article 7 – Accommodation
In case of unavailability, a similar hotel of equivalent category will be provided.
Article 8 – Stay at the Hotel
Guests must fill in a police form and present valid ID.
Article 9 – Exclusions of Liability
Photos are non-contractual. The hotel is not liable in case of force majeure, network issues, or customer fault.
Article 10 – Right of Cancellation / Errors
Hôtel Le Cardinal reserves the right to refuse or correct erroneous reservations.
Article 11 – Complaints
Complaints must be submitted within 8 days of departure.
Article 12 – Force Majeure
Suspends obligations without liability for either party.
Article 13 – Respect for Privacy
Details on data sharing, payment processing, and marketing consent. You can opt out of communications at any time via the unsubscribe link.
Article 14 – Proof Agreement
Electronic acceptance is equivalent to a handwritten signature.
Article 15 – Settlement of Disputes
